Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor to join our team at RLM Underground, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom construction technology, risk assessment/management, and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will oversee construction sites, ensuring high-quality work while prioritizing employee and crew safety. This role involves responsible customer relations, complaint resolution, and project coordination. Our company offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and homeowners
  • Manage daily operations, including personnel, equipment, and supply procurement
  • Lead ground crews, monitoring progress and addressing concerns
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom construction management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Strong knowledge of telecom construction technology and risk assessment/management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
