Salary and Job Description
The estimated salary for this role is $32-$34 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. As a Field Supervisor, you'll actively assist our team in bioremediation projects, supervise job completion, estimate project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork. You'll also lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field. You must have demonstrated leadership experience, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to respond to dispatch calls within one hour. A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are also required.
