Position Overview:
As a Senior Civil Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive land development strategies for our diverse clientele, including commercial, institutional, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass the design of site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility configurations. You will also be involved in:
- Creating effective erosion and sediment control plans.
- Engaging with clients, contractors, and local government representatives.
- Overseeing projects from initial concept and design stages through regulatory reviews, bidding processes, and construction phases, culminating in successful project completions.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience.
- A Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with civil site design regulations in WV, MD, PA, and/or VA.
