Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Ensure the safety and security of our facility, conducting regular rounds and enforcing program rules and regulations.
- Client Support: Provide individual and group supervision, supporting clients in developing independent living skills and self-sufficiency.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete required paperwork, answer telephones, and perform front desk operations.
- Transportation: Transport clients to off-site activities, including medical appointments and social events.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders.
- Certifications: TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Food Handler Certification.
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver License.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent walking, standing, and bending. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also required.
