Role Summary:

The Mixologist will prepare the bar for routine service and special occasions, maintain the bar during operations, and manage restocking and cleaning duties. We seek enthusiastic individuals who can responsibly craft beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and provide excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
  • Operate a cash register and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and lounge areas
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred one year of customer service experience
  • Prior bartending and food service experience is advantageous
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and some weekdays is required
  • Completion of an alcohol serving course within 60 days of hire is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting
  • Work environment may have intermittent noise
