Position Summary:

The Server role is centered around providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. This position is customer-facing and requires a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu, including ingredients and pricing
  • Effectively communicate daily specials and make recommendations
  • Take food orders and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
  • Execute all table service functions with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Assist with side work and support team members as needed
  • Help with bussing tables, seating guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house
  • Prepare silverware as assigned
  • Report tip income accurately on a daily basis
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and team members
  • Basic math, reading, and writing abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of workplace safety protocols

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Regularly reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and clean
  • Lift up to 40 pounds consistently
  • Exposure to varying temperatures
  • Maintain a neat and clean uniform and present a well-groomed appearance
