About the Role

The Client Services Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients at the teller line and new accounts desk. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships and attracting new clients to the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Open new accounts and sell additional products to clients and prospects
  • Support the overall sales efforts of the bank
  • Follow all compliance and security guidelines to maintain client trust and confidentiality
  • Complete sales activities to attract new clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience as a teller
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to type and use a ten-key
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and quickly
  • Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when requested and Saturdays
