POSITION SUMMARY


The cafe team members represent the company to our patrons, ensuring an overall delightful coffee experience.

Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, processing customer orders, preparing beverages and food items, cash handling, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.

Team members must possess comprehensive knowledge of our coffee, food, retail, and other offerings to uphold the highest standards of quality.


DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Delivering an outstanding coffee experience in the cafe.
  • Crafting all coffee and specialty beverages to meet the company's quality benchmarks.
  • Providing customers with prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe and all related equipment.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Promoting personal growth and career advancement by participating in training sessions and taking initiative in learning.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in espresso preparation and customer service within a restaurant or retail environment.

Salary Description

$11.75 Plus Tips (starting)
