  • Complete required tasks, such as training, logs, and reports, in a timely manner

  • Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
  • Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
  • Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
  • Skills & Certifications: EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred; valid Driver's License required; proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
