American Water Resources LLC is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our customer retention team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and trust. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in a demonstrated lead sales role, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer retention team to achieve quality and customer retention performance results daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Analyze retention data trends and develop actionable insights to reduce churn.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
  • Work effectively across departments, collaborating with marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure alignment on retention initiatives, customer outreach activities, and product availability.

Requirements:
  • Five or more years of experience in a demonstrated lead sales role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing retention team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze retention data trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
