We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Implement and maintain an effective inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration) and at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
