Job Summary:

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in the Vascular Surgery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients undergoing vascular surgery procedures, including aorta, carotid, lower/upper extremity imaging, and venous reflux imaging.
  • Operate EPIC, GE ultrasound, Parks, and Unetixs units with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest ultrasound technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • RVT or RVS licensure and certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in vascular ultrasound, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EPIC, GE ultrasound, Parks, and Unetixs units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Owensboro Health Regional Hospital offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
