Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic CT procedures, utilizing knowledge and skills to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
- Administer contrast media as directed, adhering to department policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Assist with patient transport and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) certification and state licensure.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography within 12 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, with a focus on CT procedures.
- Previous experience in CT procedures using helical and/or multi-detector technology.
- Attendance at CT and cross-sectional anatomy courses.
