Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Redwood Community Services in Fort Bragg, CA.

This is a full-time/part-time position available, with the opportunity to work 0-40 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is $19.95-$24.15 per hour (DOE) + additional differentials, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Client Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide individual and group rehabilitation services to adults in our community.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing one-to-one therapeutic interventions in the community.
  • Providing behavioral interventions and support for adults as required by their treatment plan.
  • Working under the direction of a Licensed Clinician to develop and implement individualized plans.

You will be responsible for maintaining a full caseload of clients and documenting services for Medi-Cal reimbursement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of FTE experience in a mental health-related field providing direct mental health services.
  • A valid CA Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • The ability to pass a clear background check with CACI, DOJ & FBI.
