Adventist Health, a faith-based nonprofit integrated health system, is seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist to join their team in Fort Bragg, California.

About the Role

This challenging and rewarding position offers the opportunity to work with patients in various settings, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide specialized occupational therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and successful outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise assigned assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy; a Master's Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in home health or similar settings
  • An active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • CPR or BLS certification
