Aveanna Healthcare - Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Providing health education and training to family members
  • Communicating with physicians, clients, family members, and staff regarding patient concerns and changes in condition

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
