Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest.
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms in accordance with Auro Hotels' standards.
  3. Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment properly to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  4. Restock guest amenities and supplies to enhance the guest experience.
  5. Assist colleagues as needed to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  6. Understand and implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  7. Perform additional cleaning tasks in public areas as requested.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or similar roles, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning procedures and guest service standards.
