Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms in accordance with Auro Hotels' standards.
- Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment properly to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Restock guest amenities and supplies to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist colleagues as needed to promote teamwork and efficiency.
- Understand and implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks in public areas as requested.
- Participate in special projects or other reasonable requests from management.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or similar roles, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning procedures and guest service standards.
