Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to IT incidents, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize IT systems, including MS Access legacy applications, SMMIS, Ebusiness solutions suite, iForecast, SharePoint, Windchill, and MSWP, on the NIPRNet in a Government-provided environment.
  • Evaluate and determine computing resource requirements for ongoing and future projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide Tier 3 level IT support, help desk ticket resolution, and meet service level requirements, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for all system, development, and software changes impacting end-user support, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Administer and maintain organizational units in Active Directory and manage user security with group policies, ensuring secure and compliant IT environments.
  • Support database-related troubleshooting and problem resolution for production systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Document escalated tickets using the ticket tracking system, ensuring accurate and transparent incident management.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Certifications: CND or GICSP.
  • 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Help Desk and operational support.
  • US Citizen with Active Secret clearance.
