We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
- Care for the residents' environment, including cleaning and maintaining their living spaces.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring the residents' dignity and comfort.
- Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring the residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Observe residents' skin and report any changes to licensed nurses, providing skin care as needed.
- Meet residents' mental health and social service needs, providing emotional support and companionship.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- STNA certification (State of Ohio) or acceptable exemption.
