Overview:

This position is intended to temporarily fill the role of a full-time employee and is projected to last for six months, although this may vary based on organizational requirements. The hiring manager is also open to considering candidates for part-time arrangements, provided they possess the necessary qualifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Experience in supply chain management

The department focuses on the procurement of electronic components, including radios, circuitry, and transistors.
This is an onsite position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Experience in electronic procurement is advantageous, and familiarity with circuit board components is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing within the electronics sector, with a background in material planning utilizing MRP and ERP systems

Preferred Attributes:

  • Additional years of experience in purchasing electronic components are beneficial
  • Previous involvement in production control, planning, sourcing, or material management in the electronics field is preferred
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and set effective work priorities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
  • APICS CPIM or ISM CPM Certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.


Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is $24.47.

Factors influencing starting pay may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the selected candidate.
