Veterinary ER/ICU Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary ER/ICU Technician to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC). As a critical member of our hospital staff, you will provide advanced care for hospitalized patients, working closely with our veterinarians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of critical patients
- Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and treatments as needed
- Perform standard technician duties, including patient restraint, venipuncture, and medication administration
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Respond to STAT calls and follow established patient care protocols
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Veterinary Technician experience required
- Veterinary Technician Certification/Registration required
- Strong technical skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Competitive hourly rate ($24-$35 DOE) plus swing shift differential
