Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate commercial cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers, to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, safety procedures, and cleaning techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
