Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to consumer questions and concerns, and making product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
Requirements
  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Ability to operate a Point of Sales (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems
Working Conditions
  • Frequently in a more active environment, requiring ability to constantly move about and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Occasionally requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
