About the PositionThe Learning Experience #328 is seeking a skilled Curriculum Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners by developing and implementing comprehensive curriculum plans that meet state licensing regulations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with state licensing regulations and brand standards
  • Train new staff members on curriculum, state, and sanitation requirements
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve instructional practices
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, evaluations, and trainings
  • Collaborate with center directors to set clear goals and objectives for teacher development

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in center leadership or management
  • Proven track record of implementing successful curriculum programs
  • CPR and First Aid certification
