Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for assisting in overseeing work assignments and scheduling. This role will involve planning, scheduling workers, equipment, and waste disposal, as well as coordinating with the management team to streamline best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule equipment, track who has what equipment, and ensure timely return and good working order. Coordinate work with staff and projects, and ensure scheduling is completed efficiently.
  • Waste Disposal Management: Schedule waste disposal and work closely with the management team to optimize processes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative activities as needed, and perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and act as a liaison between the administrator and other groups to streamline processes, and create dashboards to provide relevant metrics to the management team.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple programs, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe.
  • Environmental Services Experience: Prefer experience in environmental services, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, with a good attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
