Salary and BenefitsAs a Registered Nurse on our post surgical/ortho unit, you will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 per year. Our benefits package includes paid time off, extended illness bank package for full-time employees, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.
Job DescriptionYou will be working on a fast-paced 24-bed unit specializing in the care of adult and adolescent patients who have undergone various surgical procedures. Our nurses utilize advanced skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage post-surgical recovery protocols.
- Promote rapid and effective recovery through meticulous monitoring and care.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You must also hold BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), ACLS certification from the AHA or ARC within six months of employment, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.
