Cardiology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Bozeman Health. As a Cardiology Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
About the Role- You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop individualized education plans, and initiate interventions as needed.
- Key Qualifications include current Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse, American Heart Association BLS certification, and American Heart Association ACLS certification within 4 months of hire.
- Collections and analyzes comprehensive patient data for assessment purposes.
- Determines diagnoses or issues through analysis and identifies expected outcomes for a customized plan of care.
- Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected outcomes and implements the identified plan of care.
- Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment.
- Creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Extended hours, including sitting, walking, or standing for eight or more hours daily.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
- On-call availability.
- Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and infectious diseases.
- Emotionally challenging situations, such as dealing with distressed patients or difficult family interactions.
Estimated Salary: $72,000 per year.
