Position Overview: The Logistics Associate will be responsible for executing various warehousing tasks including receiving, storing, labeling, packing, shipping, and inventory management within a compact warehouse environment. An ideal candidate is diligent, systematic, and attentive to detail. The Logistics Associate will ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, with all necessary documentation completed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Input orders into shipping software and generate shipping labels.
  • Handle all documentation related to orders, ensuring that tracking details are precise.
  • Receive and organize incoming products and supplies, maintaining accurate and undamaged inventory.
  • File relevant paperwork appropriately.
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse and uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ship orders using small parcel and LTL methods.
  • Conduct inventory checks as required.
  • Prepare reports as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and business partners both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with small parcel shipping software is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills for calculating shipment weights and dimensions.
  • A cooperative and proactive attitude.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift loads up to 40 pounds.
  • Capability to work in both warehouse and office settings, including data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and safely.
