**Job Summary**

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Buyer/Planner to join our team in De Pere, WI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and placing orders, as well as managing inventory levels to ensure quality standards are met and products are purchased at the best value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review Material Requirement Planning (MRP) reports to identify purchasing requirements and execute daily actions according to department procedures.
  • Communicate forecasted requirements to suppliers to maintain supply chain health.
  • Maintain accurate planning metrics, including lead time, MOQ/EOQ, costing, and safety stock levels.
  • Conduct regular reviews of current usage levels to ensure proper ordering volumes and patterns are followed.
  • Manage supplier invoicing approval to minimize Purchase Price Variance and ensure supplier adherence to contract terms.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing principles and practices.
  • Strong MRP and/or ERP experience.
  • Experience managing assigned product metrics.
