Urologist Opportunity in Fergus Falls, MN

Enterprisemed is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN. As a Urologist, you will work in a state-of-the-art medical clinic, providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of urological conditions.

Practice Details
  • Full-spectrum of patients with typical conditions seen: bladder, prostate, and general urologic conditions; male infertility, Cystoscopy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Urodynamics, Cooled ThermoTherapy, Ultrasound, Biopsies, & Lithotripsy
  • Independent, multispecialty medical group providing services to a locally managed, independent health system
  • Practice in a 4-year-old, $30 million dollar state-of-the-art medical clinic in a dedicated, private urology department
  • Average 18-22 patients/day
Schedule
  • On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month, urology is backed up by general surgery when not available
  • 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week depending on volumes
  • 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week depending on provider preference
Compensation/Benefits
  • Guaranteed salary for first 2 years of employment with the ability to earn above guarantee if provider exceeds production hours
  • 2-year partnership track
  • Annual CME allowance & paid professional dues and memberships
  • Relocation reimbursement & generous sign-on bonus
  • 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan
