Job Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate with the Fergus Falls Area Family YMCA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Restock paper products and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with floor care duties, such as mopping and waxing.
  • Participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with light maintenance duties as needed.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
