- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), are advantageous.
