Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Lead to join our team at BigBear Inc. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of our AI-powered decision intelligence solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions
* Ensure solutions meet regulatory and commercially competitive standards
* Identify and exploit wider opportunities for our technology

Requirements:

* 10-15 years of experience as a Software Developer, Senior Developer, or Tech Lead
* University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, or similar
* Strong technical skills in languages such as C#, F#, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Shell scripting, C/C++, Python, Scala
* Experience with Agile and Scrum practices

Desirable:

* Linear Algebra skills for 2D/3D rendering
* Knowledge of Machine Learning tools such as Onnx, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Yolo
* Additional certifications such as Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)
