About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Salt Lake City. As a key member of our structural engineering group, you will be responsible for leading and designing facilities such as water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities, and conveyance and storage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of project-specific technical reports, calculations, construction drawings, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with local and national experts to deliver high-quality projects
  • Design and analyze structural systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
  • Provide construction phase support services for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment plants
  • Work effectively in a multi-discipline project team environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working as a structural engineer
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis and a Master's degree in structural engineering is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with municipal or industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
  • Alternatively, heavy civil (dams and hydro-electric), industrial, or mining experience will be considered
