- Adhere to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and promoting a culture of excellence.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant.
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
