Job Summary:

The Fine Dining Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional culinary experiences to customers in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverage items in accordance with Legends Hospitality's standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Legends Hospitality's sanitation and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive dining experience for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and other culinary hazards. The Fine Dining Specialist must be able to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
