About the Role

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Oversight Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall administrative and technical direction for one large complex project.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction activities. They must be able to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance and have a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices.

The Project Oversight Specialist will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that it is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. They will interface with client representatives, architects, engineers, subcontractors, end-users, security, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy. They will plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned projects and monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendents.

The Project Oversight Specialist will also ensure that all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to. They will maintain official project logs and documentation files, assist with the implementation and interpretation of safety programs, and provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
