Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patrons as they arrive at the bar.
  • Process beverage orders and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience.
  • Adhere to Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) regulations.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Manage food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate transactions using the POS system.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, maintaining strict cash handling protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly and professional interactions.
  • Encourage additional purchases to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the cleaning and breakdown of the Tiki Bar at the end of service, ensuring a tidy work environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card is required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Current RBS certification.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
