- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Call Center Software Experience: Previous experience with Call Center Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
