Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at RehabCare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their goals
- Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with nursing staff and patient families to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
