Patient Account Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Account Representative to join our team at Northwell Health. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and administrators to drive financial growth and stability.
- Monitor and analyze fee structures and reimbursement payment schedules to ensure compliance and optimize revenue.
- Resolve complex billing issues and provide guidance to billing/clerical staff on billing and office/clerical functions.
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline billing and maximize case collections.
- Perform related duties as required, including clinical documentation requests and appeals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle or a related field.
