Responsibilities:
The Client Services Coordinator is accountable for delivering administrative and client service support on a variety of client benefits administration initiatives, such as:
1. Entering reimbursement account claim data into the benefits system
2. Assisting with participant email/ticket inquiries
3. Acting as an escalation contact for contact center agents
4. Analyzing participant claims submissions
5. Reviewing and resolving open participant cases
6. Coordinating enrollment and inquiries with client partners
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data processing, human resources, or insurance-related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills are required, as the position will interact with consumers and external clients.
Strong organizational and communication abilities are critical for success in this role, as team members are expected to manage multiple priorities and work with a moderate amount of supervision while interfacing directly with clients.
A valid driver's license is required.
