Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the digital product vision, roadmap, and delivery to meet user needs and deploy differentiated digital experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing to deliver innovative and high-quality digital experiences and self-service capabilities that drive adoption of the Finxact platform.
  • Shape the Finxact digital product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps with other Finxact digital product leaders to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations, user needs, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the agile product development lifecycle: sprint planning, development, testing, and the release of new features and enhancements.
  • Manage the product backlog, continuously refine and prioritize based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to external and internal stakeholders on product progress, key metrics, and upcoming releases.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience as a product owner within the fintech or banking industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working in teams within Agile development environments.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
  • 2+ years of experience with or familiarity with product management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
