  • Scrutinize charges for precision and negotiate payments with providers as necessary
  • Maintain regular communication with providers and clients to address and resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry capabilities
  • Ability to accurately interpret medical codes and billing practices
  • Proficient in using claims processing software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in medical insurance is advantageous but not mandatory
