Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quick Lube Service Technician to join our team. As a Quick Lube Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems, communicating with customers, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of Service Technician experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
