Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $53,000 to $57,000 annually, plus a bonus structure tied to property performance. Our benefits include:

Job Responsibilities

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of property staff
  • Managing community revenue and expenses to ensure budget and financial guidelines are met
  • Maintaining accurate resident records and processing rent, deposits, fees, and A/P functions
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents
  • Conducting building inspections and taking corrective action to maintain property standards
  • Following up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensuring resident requests are completed
  • Promoting resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for concerns and assisting with resolution
  • Performing required reporting and administrative tasks with attention to detail

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • A valid driver's license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
