Trash Collector

Ally Waste is seeking a reliable and hardworking Trash Valet / Refuse Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and recycling from residential areas in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collect and dispose of tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
• Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly sorted and disposed of according to company standards
• Communicate effectively with manager and address any concerns regarding the property's trash or recycling
• Take pictures for daily reports
• Maintain a clean and organized property
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

• Have a smartphone
• Ability to be on your feet for 2 hours (job should take less than 2 hours to complete)
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
• Open bed pickup truck
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
