We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer I to join our team at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI). As a Mechanical Engineer I, you will play a key role in empowering our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and create a better, greener future for all.
Key Responsibilities- Perform load calculations and determine system sizing and layouts
- Calculate equipment sizes and select equipment
- Complete field surveys and review equipment shop drawings
- Participate in project meetings with clients and other consultants
- BSME/BSAE from an ABET accredited school
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Non-academic internship experience
- Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations preferred
