Job Title: Developmental Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Services Specialist to join our team at Pee Dee Professional Intervention Services, LLC. As a key member of our Early Intervention program, you will provide intensive developmental instruction and Service Coordination for parents, caregivers, and their children with developmental delay.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with infants and toddlers, is organized, and highly motivated. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in client's homes, have strong internal motivation, integrity, discipline, creative and organization skills.

About the Job:

  • Provide intensive developmental instruction and Service Coordination for parents, caregivers, and their children with developmental delay.
  • Assist families in helping children reach developmental milestones.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities in the child's natural environment with the child and caregiver.
  • Ensure that services outlined in the child's IFSP/FSP are rendered in accordance with current plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology Human Development, Family Studies or related area.
  • Extensive skills working with children ages 0-3 preferred.
  • Experience working in client's homes required.
