Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty healthcare services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility (for Behavioral Health assignments only).
- 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
- 3 years of progressive experience, including medication management (for Behavioral Health assignments only).
